Petite Urban Pooch 3.0

My first task as the new owner of the Petite Urban Pooch is to thank the Clattenburg family for their kindness and generosity as I transitioned into the business.  Proud parents, Judy and John, have raised an incredible young woman and Morgan has a bright future ahead of her. I have big shoes to fill. Judy and John will continue to be involved by minding the dog house when needed and they have offered to continue with sleepovers as well.

My second task is to thank you, our loyal P.U.P. parents, for your patience and understanding as the business changed hands. We tried very hard to avoid disrupting your pooch's routine. Meeting many of you over the past few weeks has been filled with encouraging words and a welcoming greeting. I value loyalty, so those of you who have been with P.U.P. since the beginning will remain priority customers as I continue to grow the business.

I will be making a few changes to the decor, adding a retail area, and extending the days we are open as a start to making P.U.P. feel like my venture. I am fortunate that the two previous owners have left me with a huge head start to building a successful business. I will continue to make changes to our services in response to your requests and suggestions - so please let me know how you think we can improve the P.U.P. experience.

The renewed website has some new features including online scheduling to book your next visit and the ability to buy your packages online. You are welcome to continue to text, email, or call to make an appointment as well.
